Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid, fully insured shipping label and detailed packaging instructions to ensure safety.
Pack and Ship
Secure your jewelry in its original presentation box and place it inside a shipping container, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Our gemologists will inspect the returned item for quality assurance; once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
