We specialize exclusively in high-quality lab-grown diamonds. These are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds but are more sustainable and ethical.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every piece comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship to ensure your heirloom remains perfect.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items. The jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by all certification documents.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Custom-designed engagement rings typically take 3-4 weeks for production and are shipped via complimentary, insured overnight delivery.
Can I resize my ring after purchase?
We provide one complimentary resizing within the first year of purchase for most standard ring settings. Please note that some eternity bands cannot be resized due to their design.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
Absolutely. All Plum Diamonds weighing 0.50 carats or more are certified by leading independent gemological laboratories such as IGI or GIA.
